But I think it’s fair to say that the general perception of the iPad as a legitimate work device just isn’t there yet.
iPad has always been a consuming device but it is slowly trying to evolve to do more and more creative and productive things. Trouble is when you need to switch to various apps to do specific things—it breaks your workflow.
In iOS, documents are stored independently in their respective apps. One way to solve this is for Apple to open up a “shared” storage so that other apps can have access to it and retrieve the documents. (Of course, there is Dropbox which provides third-party integration between apps.)
This removes unnecessary file duplicates.
